Moselund
Morten and Andreas are both organic farmers, producing beef and grains. They wanted more biodiversity and food in their garden. We decided to create a plant guild around one of their apple trees, with aromatics, melliferous and edible flowers, salads, and rhubarb, but also nitrogen fixers such as Lotus corniculatus.
