In order to bring more biodiversity and life to this tree from the Fagaceae family, formerly planted alone in the middle of the central alley of the Avnø Oasis eco-place in Denmark, I decided to create a rock garden all around its trunk, to nourish and protect its soil and the surrounding small fauna.
I am very happy to have been able to carry out this project during the Social Permaculture course happening in August 2023.
